At El Paseo Arts Foundation, we believe that art is essential to a vibrant, connected, and thriving community. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, our mission is to encourage, support, and promote the arts for the benefit and education of the communities in the Lower Rio Grande Valley. We serve South Padre Island, Port Isabel, and surrounding areas by bringing art, music, theater, and culture to life through a rich calendar of year-round events.
We’re dedicated to making the arts accessible to all—supporting visual, literary, and performing artists, while celebrating the cultural heritage and creative spirit of our region. From community theater productions and concerts to local art shows and educational programming, our events inspire creativity, foster connection, and support student learning.
