Maintenance Position Available – Apply Today

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking General Maintenance to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of the property, including landscaping, outdoor upkeep, and basic maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working outdoors.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine landscaping and groundskeeping tasks (mowing, trimming, watering, etc.)

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, parking lots, walkways, and exterior grounds

• Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and trash removal

• Assist with property inspections and identify maintenance or safety issues

• Help with seasonal tasks including power washing, leaf removal

• Support the maintenance team with repairs and equipment upkeep

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or general maintenance preferred

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Basic knowledge of hand tools, landscaping equipment, and general repair techniques

• Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
